Parks is 6-0 with an athletic frame that has some projection left to it. He throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a short arm action that is free and has some quickness, throws with some effort. Closed off shoulders hide ball and creates some deception in his delivery. Fastball was 83-85, touching 86, with hard late run to it. Curveball was 68-70 with sharp 1/7 break that gets good depth and has some armspeed to it. His change-up was thrown in warmups with some armspeed and late run to it.

Has a drop and drive delivery and throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a short free arm action that is quick and some effort. Shoulders are closed and uphill, lands square with a hard fall off finish. Fastball was 83-84 with some plane and some late run to it. Curveball was 64-66 with good armspeed and sharp 1/7 break with really good depth. Change-up was 74-75 with good armspeed and heavy sink. Slider was 67-70.
