Peyton Reel 2B / 3B / York Comprensive, SC / 2020

Slight frame with proportional build. Has continually added strength as he has matured. Will need to continue to do so to reach potential. 7.86 sixty time. 74 mph infield velocity. 80 mph exit velocity (tee). Balanced stance. Hands set just above the back shoulder. Bat coiled behind the head, horizontal bat pre load. Short stride loads the hands back and turns the barrel into a more vertical position. Flat bat path through contact and two handed finish. Middle of the field, contact first approach. Good feel for the barrel spraying low line drives. Solid defender with good rhythm and confident hands. Works to field ground balls just inside the left side of his body and maintain momentum through the throw. Avg. arm strength, avg. carry. Accurate throws.

AJ Jaworowski 3B / SS / Fort Mill, SC / 2020

Medium build with lean strength and room for additional development. Not a burner but, adequate runner underway. 7.08 sixty time. 80 mph infield velocity. 88 mph exit velocity (tee). Stance at the shoulders. Carries the hands higher with relaxed elbows. Gathers the weight on the backside with medium stride. Hands load back, back elbow loads up to a position in line with the shoulders pre-launch. Barrel is coiled behind the head slightly. Hands start downhill and turn the barrel onto plane with good torque through the hips. Wants to lift though contact. Finishes high with two hands. Footwork sets him up to play the ball off the left side of his midline. Soft hands pick the ball up cleanly and funnel it into the midsection. Short shuffled step gets the arm in sync with the lower half. Gets the ball out with shorter arm action, just off the ear, and strong throws. Solid 3B profile.

Trent Land C / 1B / Seneca, SC / 2020

Broad shoulders and full frame, with thick lower half. 1B/C profile. 7.92 sixty time. 73 mph infield velocity. 82 mph exit velocity. LHH with a slightly open stance at the shoulders. Hands set just off the back shoulder with the back elbow slightly engaged. Loads the hands down and coils the barrel at the top. Quiet stride lands softly. Good bat to ball skills and feel for the barrel. Positive attack angle and lofted path through contact to a one handed finish. Solid avg. defender behind the plate. Strong hands inside the shoulders, inconsistent at the edges of the zone. Avg. block/recover. Enough skill and instinct to play 1B. Developing skill picking balls in the dirt. Quick feet around the bag with good hands. Erskine College recruit.

Grant Harris 3B / 1B / Oceanside Collegiate Academy, SC / 2020

5-8, 220lb corner infielder with thick profile. 8.18 sixty time. 71 mph infield velocity. 85 mph exit velocity. Balanced stance. Taller set up, elevated back elbow and bat rested on the shoulder. Knee to knee load lands the foot slightly rotated outward. Hands push back slightly and barrel turns behind the head. Showed the ability to lag the barrel through the zone and generate some pop to the pull side. Slight tilt with the torso to the backside, lofted pat, and good extension. Consistently elevated balls to the pullside in BP with enough power to drive the gaps. Avg. defender with choppy footwork at 3B. Hands were late getting into a fielding position. Throws were accurate with limited carry. Serviceable as a 1B.

Charlie Bridges 1B / C / Fort Mill, SC / 2020

Imposing physical presence. Lean athletic build that resembles a defensive end as much as a corner infielder. 7.61 sixty time. 75 mph positional velocity. 87 mph exit velocity (tee). Balanced stance with the weight stacked slightly on the back side. Carries the hands higher with the back elbow elevated. Medium stride turns the front shoulder, little to no hand movement in the load. Wants to lift the ball, consistently elevated BP pitches too LF. Hit a HR to deep LF in game. Muscles the barrel through contact, aggressive lower half, good torque present. Would make a serviceable defender at 1B or C. Surprising athleticism for a player his size. Good footwork and developing drop/block skills as a C. Disconnected around the bag at times at 1B. Will need additional development there. Moderately strong arm. Could work his way up the line and see time at C, 1B, OF based on a teams needs.

Josh McSwain SS / 3B / York comprehensive, SC / 2020

Wiry frame with long limbs and room for additional weight as he develops. Projectable body with upside. 7.36 sixty time. 84 mph infield velocity. 80 mph exit velocity (tee). Stance just outside the knees with a slight crouch. Holds the hands slightly higher that the back shoulder with a horizontal bat angle. Small stride pushes the hands back and turns the barrel. Hands start downhill with a steep path that flattens out through the zone. BP rounds produced low line drives with pullside tendencies. Hard pullside contact in game as well. Aggressive footwork on ground balls, maintaining momentum through the fielding process. Was out of control at times with the lower half, easy fix with additional strength and body control. Strong arm with a longer action. Fielding ground balls just off the left side of his line and took a longer pro step to allow the arm to catch up. Plenty of carry to stick at 3B.

Dylan Honaker 3B / RHP / Fort Mill, SC / 2020

Strong 6-0, 210lb frame. Thick shoulders and thin torso with strong lower half. Limited projection remaining. 7.03 sixty time. 83 mph positional velocity. 86 mph exit velocity (tee). Tall stance, just inside the shoulders. Loose wiggle to the barrel pre pitch. Medium high leg kick stops the bat in a more vertical position. Longer stride, looks to pull the barrel down onto plane and attack the ball on a more uphill path. Strong through the upper half, muscles the barrel through the zone. Limited hip rotation. Worked to get the ball in the air during BP. Solid avg. defender at 3B also worked as an OF. Fielded the ball just outside his left foot and funneled the ball into an exchange at the waist. Shorter arm stroke and H3Q release put throws on target with some fade present.
