Unsigned Senior Spotlight: C/RHP, Zeth Tanner, Yorktown HS

Tanner is a 6-foot-1 inch, 190 pound catcher/pitcher. Offensively, Tanner shows a short, compact swing with some projectable power. He uses all fields and looks advanced mechanically. Behind the plate he is an excellent blocker/receiver, and shows some arm strength (76-78 from the crouch). On the mound, he tops out at 85 and shows a good breaking ball. Tanner was a member of Team Indiana at the 2011 Under Amour Midwest Future Games.
