PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?

Schwarze: For the most part, I have been interested in high academic schools with a good baseball program. I have received most interest from these particular schools in the east coast.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)

Schwarze: I am looking for a school with a great academic and baseball program. Along with the academics and baseball program, I want to play for a coaching staff that is willing to push the team hard.

PBR: How did you do your junior year? What were your high school statistics? And how did your team do?

Schwarze:During my junior year at Chaminade College Preparatory, we made it to the second round of districts. However, we lost to Sluh. I made first team all conference in the Metro Catholic Conference.

PBR: What are you goals for your senior season?

Schwarze:As a senior, I expect Chaminade to a very competitive team. We our returning almost all of our starters and picking up some good underclassmen. I believe Chaminade has a strong chance of winning an MCC and district championship.

PBR: What travel team do you play for? Are you playing fall ball with a team?

Schwarze: I play with the St. Louis Pirates, and have played with them since my freshman year in high school. Coach Rick Strickland and Brian Delunas have helped me develop tremendously as a player and student of the game.

PBR: What are your ACT and GPA?

Schwarze:Currently, I have a 4.0 GPA at Chaminade College Preparatory. In addition to this, I have been taking classes at Washington University in St. Louis.
