No. 1 Lake Central 6 Benton Central 3

Lake Central improved to 12-0 on the season. Marcus Rosselli threw five innings for LC to pick up the victory.
 
No. 3 Bloomington South 9 Franklin Central 2
John Waldon picked up the win for South going six innings, allowing just four hits, two unearned runs, and striking out three. Joey Forney hit a two run homerun in the first and finished with three RBIs, Kevin Swango went 2-3, 2B, RBI, two runs, Nolan Rogers was 1-1 and scoring three times, Matt Acton was 2-2 with a RBI, and Colton Wininger went 2-4, 2B, RBI, R.
 
No. 4 Penn 13 Mishawaka 7
Max Andresen finished with three hits and three RBIs, Kyle Schneider added two hits and two RBIs, and Sam Sweeden drove in three runs for Penn. Sam Schrader had two hits and two RBIs, and Trey Bickel added two hits for Mishawaka.
 
Perry Meridian 5 No. 5 Lawrence Central 1
Kyle Rupe led Perry Meridian past the Bears last night in a Conference Indiana clash. Rupe and Montgomery matched each other pitch for pitch for 6 innings both working five innings of one hit no run baseball. Both teams were able to manufacture a run in the 6th setting up Perry Meridian for a bust out 7th inning. Lead off walk and a bunt followed by two passed balls allowed Perry to push across the eventual winning run. The story of the night was Kyle Rupe. He pitched 88-92 and flashed a plus breaking ball. He kept hitters off balance all night and was dominant most of the night.

Sophomore Trey Ball (4 1/3 innings, 2 hits, 6 K's, 2 BB) picked up the win. Offensively New Castle managed six hits.  Trey Ball had 2 hits and scored the Trojans lone run on a double by Junior 1B Adam Kranda (2B, RBI).  Senior C Tyler Paul, Junior 2B Jake Kendall and Junior SS Conner King also had hits for New Castle.
 
Highland 3 No. 11 Andrean 2
 
Homestead 6 No. 15 Huntington North 5
Homstead scored two runs in the bottom of the 7th inning to pull out the victory. Soat picked up the win going seven innings allowing just four hit and striking out six. Homestead had two hits from Plasterer (two runs), Weber (RBI, R), and Jernigan (two RBIs, R). Talley also drove in two runs for Homestead. Brown had a big day at the plate for Huntington hitting two homeruns and driving in all five runs.

Jack Peck was the winning pitcher, he pitched a complete game striking out 12 batters and went 2-3 at the plate.  Demetrius Webb hit a two RBI single. 
 
Bloomington North 6 Columbus North 0
Michael Oliphant threw six shutout inning allowing just three hits and striking out seven. Colby Stratten lead North in hits going 2-4. Baron Ryan had a hit and drove in two runs. Tyler Hurt and Dylan Pratt both had a RBI, Hurt also scored twice and doubled.
 
Crawfordsville 13 Western Boone 2
Crawfordsville?s 1-4 hitters (Caleb Rasmussen, Jake Zurawski, Joel Hobson, Jordan Jackson) combined for ten hits, nine RBIs, and nine runs. Rasmussen and Hobson both hit homeruns. Jordan Kiger threw all five innings striking out ten giving up three hits.
 
Evansville Mater Dei 4 Evansville Reitz 3
Reitz scored two runs in the top of the seventh to tie the game up at three, but Mater Dei responded scoring a run in the bottom of the frame to win the game.
 
Central Noble 5 Westview 3 F/9
Central Noble scored two runs in the top of the 9th inning and held onto that margin for the win. Nick McCoy threw eight innings to pick up the win, striking out ten. Brant Yoder had four hits and scored once for Westview.
 
Jennings County 7 Madison 6
Madison freshman, Clark Vaughn was 4-for-4 at the plate with 3 doubles and 4 RBI's.
 
Pike Central 8 South Knox 0
Pike Central only had four hits, but was able to take advantage to score eight times. Their pitching limited South Knox to five hits.
 
Forest Park 16 Boonville 5
Forest Park jumped out to an early lead scoring eight runs in the top of the first. Baumgart added two more runs in the fourth for Forest Park with a two run homerun.
 
Frankfort 11 Lebanon 4
A four run fifth inning helped Frankfort pull away from Lebanon. Frankfort collected ten hits in the game. Seniors Jacob Shike, Jacob Shapiro, Matt Beard along with juniors Mason Schaller and Brenden Shearer would record a hit apiece for Lebanon.
 
Mount Vernon 8 Gibson Southern 7
Gibson Southern scored five runs in the 6th and one in the 7th to take a 7-6 lead going into the bottom of the 7th, but Mt. Vernon was able to pick up two runs in a walk off victory.
 
South Risge 4 Loogootee 3
Southridge scored three in the first on a Droeker three run homerun. They tacked on another in the third and four runs would be all they needed to get the win.
 
South Spencer 11 Tecumseh 1
South Spencer scored in all five innings the hit in, including a five run third inning, to pick up a victory.
 
Greensburg 11 East Central 0
The entire line up had at least one hit for Greensburg, sophomore Tyler Burcham and Senior Cameron Maschino went 3-4. Sophomore Austin Schultz added two RBIs and went 4-5. Tressler, Meyer, and Rigney each went 2-5 while Bailey, Vanderbur, and Holdsworth added a hit each. On the mound, Junior Kevin Meyer threw five innings, striking out six, and only gave up three hits. Sophomore Luke Kane finished the game striking out four and only allowing one hit.
 
Park Tudor 5 Hamilton Heights 0
Madison Foster threw a two hit complete game shutout striking out nine for Park Tudor. Rex, Zhang, and Eckersley all had two hits for Park Tudor. Knapp and Sowers picked up Hamilton Heights only hits.
