5-foot-8, 172-pound solid athletic build. Solid at the plate, Farina recorded an exit velocity of 89 mph. (63.01 mph bat speed average). (21.14 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a smooth rhythmic load, then uses a short leg kick. Bat speed was quick, used an upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Barreled up multiple balls with some loud contact. Line drive gap to gap approach. Smooth in the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 87 mph; has sure consistent hands, smooth athletic feet, and a clean natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a ¾ slot and a long arm action. Showed off his speed at the event, running a swift 6.93 60-yard dash. Solid on the mound, had a ¾ arm angle and a short arm action with quick arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses easy effort. Tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square with a falling off finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 81-84 mph and topped out at 85 mph; had a heavy fastball that showed tailing action and control around the zone. (Max spin 2210; Avg 2093). Had slurvey action and in the zone command on his tight curveball (68-70). (Max spin 1963; Avg 1892). Had fading action and in the zone control on his sharp changeup (73-75).

Has even shoulder with an athletic balance point. Lands square with recoil finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 76-79 mph and topped out at 80 mph; had control consistent low in the zone and slight running action with straight movement. (Max spin 2061; Avg 1960). Threw a sharp curveball (67-68) that showed sweeping action and consistent glove side command. (Max spin 1846; Avg 1846).
