Stretch only type pitcher who shows decent effort. Displays even shoulders with an athletic balance point. Lands closed and soft with a clean finish. Sat with his fastball at 84-86 mph and topped out at 87 mph; has command decent around the zone and late running action with heavy movement. (Max spin 2265; Avg 2098). Threw a 10/4 slider (73-75) with sweeping slurvey action and glove side control. (Max spin 2311; Avg 2183).
6-foot, 160-pound lean athletic build. Above average on the mound, used a long arm action with a ¾ arm angle while showing quick arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort. Has an athletic balance point with even shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 85-86 mph; has a heavy fastball that shows running action and control around the zone. Has down in the zone command and tight fading action on his sharp changeup (80-81). Throws a tight slider (76-77) with down in the zone control and swing and miss action.
