6/25/15: The 6-foot-3 190 pound pitcher sat 80-82 with some arm side run.  Delivery is smooth with some rhythm.  Arm action was high ¾ with above average arm speed and loose.  Curveball sat between 67-71 with gradual break.  Both pitches were thrown for strikes.  Has some projectability with an increase in arm speed. Fairly sound mechanics. 
5/12/15 GAME NOTES: 6'3 righty throws from a short 3/4 slot with average arm speed and regular effort. Controlled balance point with level shoulders and a square landing. Falls off slightly. Fastball was 79-80 touching 82 in the first inning. Breaking ball was 11/5 with gradual break and thrown for strikes. Arm slows at times. Various speeds on the spinner from 65-72. Change up was thrown with near fastball arm speed and had slight arm side run and was down. Sat 72-73.  

 6-foot-3, 185 pound right-hander pitches from a short, ¾ arm delivery with average arm speed.  Shows some rhythm in the delivery with a good line to the plate.  Lands square, athletic finish.  Fastball was straight at 78-80, up to 81.  Breaking ball has a 10/4 shape with late break at 65-66.  Changeup is straight at 72 mph and thrown with fastball arm speed.   

2/22/14: 6-foot-2, 175 pound sophomore was up to 77 with his fastball. Pitches from a 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Displays some rhythm in the delivery.  Spins his cureball at 62-64 mph.  Changeup sat 63-66 with some fade.  Across the diamond was 73.  Possesses average hands. Feet can get heavy at times.  Offensively starts balanced.  Dives to the baseball during the stride.  Possesses average bat speed.  

2/23/13: 6-foot, 165 pound freshman shows a lot of projectability. Casey works from a ¾ arm action creating run on his 74-75 MPH fastball. Casey works around his breaking ball at 61-63. The arm slot allows Casey to get run on his 64-66 mph change up as well. Casey is a follow for the 2016 class.
