RHP/2B, (2024) Glen Oak High School, OH. 5-foot-11, 180-pound strong physical build. Capable during batting practice, Fisher had a max exit velocity of 84 mph. (69.4 mph bat speed average). (21.9 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced athletic stance with a quick load, then used a short stride. Bat speed is efficient, has a flat swing plane and level finish. He barreled up multiple balls with some loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Capable while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 72 mph; has consistent fluid feet, a natural exchange, and consistent hands. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a ¾ slot and a short arm action. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.74. Smooth capable on the mound, used an over-the-top arm angle and a loose arm action while showing good consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows max effort. Tall balance point with downhill shoulders. Lands open with recoil finish. Sat with his fastball at 72-75 mph; has a tight fastball that shows sinking action and command around the zone feel. (Max spin 1951; Avg 1846). He showed down in the zone command and sinking action on his heavy changeup (67-68). He shows tilt late action and both sides of the plate command on his sharp slider (67-68). (Max spin 1634; Avg 1565).

6-foot, 195-pound strong build. A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced set up and uses a short stride, toe turn combo to initiate his lower half. Hands stay simple before using a well timed, scap load to create separation from his lower half. Taking an uphill path to the ball he consistently found the barrel in batting practice. Registered a top exit velocity of 83 mph. Behind the plate he does a good job of squaring himself to his target. Would like to see him speed up his transfer. Pop times ranged from 2.38-2.42, and he threw with 69 mph arm strength to second base. Ran a 5.1 from home to first.
2/16/15 5-foot-11, 185-pound solid build. From behind the plate he shows adequate footwork with a long exchange and needs to sharpen up his receiving skills. From a short slot he showed 66 mph velocity to second base with pop times of 2.37-2.51. Right-handed hitter with strength in his swing. Starts open and tends to get a little on on his swing. Short stride and stays balanced with occasional power. Registered top exit velocity of 82 mph and ran 8.36-60.
