Began in a balanced quiet stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Has efficient bat speed, simple flat swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 66 mph; showed a natural exchange, developing hands, and choppy feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Had a high ¾ slot with a consistent arm action. On the mound, used a compact arm action and a high ¾ arm angle while showing consistent arm speed. Feel type pitcher who shows easy effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 1683; Avg 1607). His 10/4 curveball had gradual action. (Max spin 1565; Avg 1494).
