(20.21 mph hand speed average). Began in an athletic open stance with a smooth controlled load, then used a short stride. Has above average bat speed, level swing plane and level finish. He barreled up multiple balls with some loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Solid in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 80 mph; had a quick exchange, sure hands, and consistent footwork. Behind the plate, showed sure hands, a quick clean exchange, and athletic feet. Had a very quick arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag.

Begins in an athletic open stance with a controlled load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed is quick. Barreled up some balls throughout his round. Line drive approach. Behind the plate, he recorded a position velocity of 74 mph during throw downs; showed a quick natural exchange, athletic feet, and soft hands. displayed his ability to control the run game with a pop time of 1.99-2.08. Had staggered setup. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.14.

Starts in a wide athletic stance with a compact load, then uses a controlled stride. Bat speed was quick, had an upward swing plane and high finish. Solid recorded an outfield position velocity of 82 mph; had a natural exchange, consistent footwork, and sure hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. While catching, throw downs to second were maxed at 77 mph; has a quick exchange, soft hands, and athletic feet. Displayed next-level catching ability by boasting a 1.95-2.02 pop time. A lot of flexibility and staggered setup. Used a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. Recorded a 60 time of 7.0 at the event. 

Hit:Balanced swing with efficient pre-launch movements. Rotational swing sequence with intent behind stroke. Worked gap to gap. Fast bat with the ability to accelerate quickly.
Power:Gap pop.
Offensive Projection:Multiple Roles.

Field:Athletic defender in the outfield. Moves with good tempo too and through, showing above average ball skills. Also showed an above average skill set behind the dish. Versatile defender.
Throw:Loose, whippy arm with more to come.

2/22/20 Position Player
Field: Popped between 2.09-2.25, mid crouch behind the dish, above average athleticism, arm action fits the position, definite tools to work with back there.
Throw: 72 mph from the crouch, mostly accurate thrower.
Defensive Projection: C.

Body Type: 5-foot-7, 125-pound thin frame.
Swing Mechanics:  Simple load with minimal movement.  Keeps his hands loaded.
Hit:  Level bat path that works to the pull side, and produces backspin. Compact stroke in general that is quicker than it is strong at this stage but much more physical maturation to come.
Power:  Line drive guy right now.  Top exit velocity during BP was 79 mph.
Offensive Projection:  Top of the lineup guy.
Field: In the outfield he plays under control throughout sequence. Hands are soft and he shows a nice, one-handed play through. In the infield he attacks the baseball off the bat with linear routes. Actions are smooth throughout. Ball skills are on par for class. Second baseman look to him.  Behind the dish, he features an open stance with quick feet and a smooth transfer.  Receives the baseball along with developing blocking skills.
Throw: Developing strength with present accuracy.  Behind the dish, he features a developing arm with a short and compact arm slot.
Defensive Projection: LF/2B.   

6/27/18
A right-handed hitter at the plate that starts in a taller setup. Uses a double tap timing trigger while hands stay simple prior to launch. Swing is loose with some natural loft to path. Twitch to hands with developing strength at contact. Line drive hitter with flashes of gap abilities. Versatile defender. In the outfield he plays low with short footwork. Mechanically sound, playing through the baseball nicely on glove foot side. Loose arm with more strength to come with maturity. In the infield he attacks the baseball off the bat, using direct feet. Aggressive defender with confidence in his glove. Ball skills are slightly above average for class. Behind the dish he has the arm action for the spot. Throws were on target with adequate strength. Exchange skills have room to be more efficient/speed up.
