Starts in a balanced setup at the plate. Uses a fluid leg kick load and controlled stride. Bat gets through the zone with obvious whip on a downhill path. A more level path would let his natural strength and bat speed show more consistently in swing. Has the skill set to be a middle of the order type guy. Consistently produced hard contact in batting practice. In the infield he takes direct routes to the baseball. Moves light on his feet. More comfortable to glove hand side. Threw across the infield with 71 mph arm strength.
