6-foot, 195-pound prospect. A righty bat that gets things started with a small leg lift. Hands stay simple during his stride. Path is level to slightly downhill. Strength stands out as his top tool at the plate, with bat speed being above average. Ball jumped off his bat when he found the barrel. Worked primarily to pull side in BP. Showed the ability to find the gap. At first base he gets off the bag using mechanically sound footwork. An above average athlete for the position. Ball skills are there. Looks to have feel for the spot and has the tools to play the position at the next level.

Starts in an open set up at the plate prior to his leg kick load and controlled stride. Strength and bat speed are both impressive. Path is downhill and barrel gets in and out of the zone quickly. Has the natural tools to be a middle of the order guy. Would like to see him flatten out his path. Moves well around the bag at first base. Glove skills are there and he does a nice job fielding the ball out in front of his body.

5-foot-11, 180-pound strong build. A right-handed hitter that starts slightly open and uses a short stride to get back to even. He gets his barrel in and out of the zone quickly on a downhill path. Reached a top exit velocity of 69 mph. In the infield he took direct routes to the ball and showed confidence in his glove. Would like to see him play lower. Ryan through across the infield with 67 mph arm strength. Ran a 4.93 from home to first.
