2/03/19

A  6-foot-4, 185-pound long and projectable frame with lots of room to add strength. On the mound, the right-hander works from an up tempo delivery with a moderate leg kick before sinking into his back side and driving towards the dish with a long stride before finishing to the first base side. Arm action has moderate length in the back making a clean circle before coming through a high-¾ slot. Fastball sits 80-83  mph with some downhill tilt, mostly strikes. Curveball shows near 12/6 shape with some late depth, thrown mostly as a chase pitch at 65-66 mph. Changeup has some fade thrown with full arm speed at 72-74 mph, some strikes.

A long and projectable 6-foot-4, 185-pound frame with lots of room to add size and strength. The right-hander works from an abbreviated and up-tempo delivery with a moderate leg kick before sinking into his back side and gliding to the dish, finishing to the first base side. Arm action is very short and compact coming through an over the top slot. Fastball sits 78-82 mph, almost all strikes. Changeup shows some fade at 74-75 mph. Curveball has rolling action and near 12/6 shape at 65-66 mph. In the game, Cooper faced six batters, striking out four of them and not surrendering a walk.
