10/20/17 - Strong and compact frame, left on left guy with feel at the plate and bat speed through the zone. Has added strength and tapped into more power, ball is louder off the bat with some force. Strong defensively with good reads, arm is average for age and is accurate. Solid player with tools and does a lot of things right. Will be a very good college player.  One of the top unsigned outfielders in 2018 class.

Vavaroutsos has a compact build at 5-foot-11, 198-pounds with current strength. The outfielder hits and throws from the left side while his hustle and enthusiasm was evident during the days events. Offensively, ran a 7.00 flat in his 60 with regular effort, at the plate, was able to barrel balls out front with rhythm and timing to swing. Uses lower half well and showed bat speed, spraying the ball over the field and using his hands. Bat speed and strength was there, with exit velo of 82 mph. Defensively, good reads and routes in the outfield, confident defender who can gain more arm strength once legs begin to work with arm and timing is more efficient. Solid player with sound action and room to develop and grow. Solid 2018 who will only get better.
