A tall and lanky lefthander, Reimer has a great pitcher’s frame and room to fill out as he matures. Works with a deliberate, moderate pace on the mound from a high-¾ delivery with not much arm quickness. Uses his tall frame to effectively throw downhill. Fastball sits in the low-70’s with some late tail. Shows feel for his changeup which sits between 61-63 mph. Curveball has some bite and good downward depth, sits between 62-63 mph. Overall, Reimer is an interesting lefty with a strong frame. He should be an interesting follow for colleges coaches over the next year.
