Pastel shut down the Bruin lineup for the second time in 7 days in this game. Athletic frame without much projection left. Fastball worked 81-82 and showed a change-up with some run and good armspeed at 75-77. Slider was 72-73. Competitor who attacked zone and changed speeds, pitched to contact and got a ton of ground balls. Also contributes in the lineup, line drive swing with some gap power potential, showed good approach using the entire field, with preference being to go gap to gap.
