OUTLOOK

The Tigers return plenty of experience in 2014. But that experience isn't just by coincidence. This year's squad is a tight knit group of players that play together during the spring and summer. The roster is highlighted by a strong junior class that includes an athletic Jake Hoover, who hit .362 while swiping 17 bags last season as well as catcher Frank Gerlando who hit .385 with 20 RBI. The pitching staff is lead by junior Travis Penzien who is coming off 6-2 record during his sophomore year while maintaining a 1.14 ERA over 49 innings of work.
