2017 OUTLOOK
"Once again we have to replace 6-8 starters, but incoming crop of players embrace the challenge and opportunity to continue what players before them have done. Three consecutive conference championships and trips to the state tournament provides plenty of incentive for players who now realize it is their turn. We return pitching and that is a starting point for us. We will develop and reload our defensive positions, as we had new guys at all 8 position guys in 2016. Heavy losses to graduation, but it is next man up for us. Will need to prove we can generate consistent offense as season unfolds." Head Coach John Hardgrove
