2017 Player Spotlight: OF Brock Burns

With the 2017 Underclass Preview Showcase coming up on October 18th at Grand Park in Westfield, IN, throughout the next several weeks we are going to highlight some of the top uncommitted 2017 prospects in the Hoosier State.

Notes: Burns, a member of Team Indiana at this year's Future Games, is an athletic 6-foot-4, 175 pounder with a strong frame. He works well in the outfield, displaying fluid feet and an accurate arm at 86 mph with some carry. At the Future Games workout he ran a 6.91-60. Offensively, he hits from a balanced setup, using a short stride. Bat path is level, with above average bat speed. Registered a high exit velocity of 86 mph off the tee.
