2019 Top Prospect Games - Class of 2021 and 2022 - Sneak Peek: The Arms

Connar Penrod RHP / SS / Wauseon, OH / 2021

Body Type: 6-foot-2, 180-pound athletic frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Delivery is funky and creates deception. Arm is clean with well above average arm speed.
Fastball: 85-88mph. An electric pitch that lives low in the zone with arm side movement. 2,100-2,200 rpm spin rate with 100% efficiency on Rapsodo. Lives low in the zone.
Curveball: 68-70mph. Moves on a 11/5 plane with more depth over action. An average offering that gets the job done. Thrown in the zone consistently.
Pitchability: Strike thrower.
Additional Comments: A live arm that has more in the tank.
