This was a great opportunity for 2020-2023 prospects to be identified before season, create and update their profiles, as well see where they stack up with their peers. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase.

Report: Devin DeCaluwe is a tall, strong right-hander whose presence is always felt on the mound with his 6-foot-5, 235-pounds. He controls his body very well for his size and had opposing hitters very uncomfortable with his fastball-curveball combination. DeCaluwe works on a downhill plane, creating extension out front and his tall frame allows him to really get on top of hitters with his fastball, especially right-handed hitters. Arm action is clean and long in the back, releasing the ball from a high-¾ arm slot. Seemed to be mechanically in sync and it showed with his performance, throwing lots of strikes. |
