2016 CIF Brandon Hall committed to Henderson State University. The infielder had a good spring for the Lakeside Rams as he anchored the middle of the line up as they made a state tournament run. He followed a solid spring with a busy summer where he competed in the Top Prospects Games and played for the Lakeside American Legion team. The legion team finished second in the Double A state tournament. Below is my complete write up on Hall.
Brandon Hall, CIF/RHP, Lakeside HS
Hall is a 6-foot-1 190-pound CIF with a large frame and an athletic build. He is a solid offensive player with fast bat speed with a slight uphill swing. He shows pull side power with a rotational swing. He maintains balance through extension. Defensively he works through the ball with choppy footwork with a fluid exchange. He shows an accurate arm with carry. He runs a 7.38 in the 60. Overall Hall is a physical player with an advanced feel for the barrel, he should develop into a quality corner infielder at the next level.
