Practice Swings

*Chase Chambers Tennessee Tech University Infielder*

This week's tip of the week focuses on an aspect of swinging that every hitter in the sport of baseball can relate to: Practice Swings.

This is a tip that some would say is obvious, but very few actually apply it to their preparation.

What are you thinking while you are taking practice swings?

Are you thinking the goal of this swing is to get the barrel to the zone and keep it there through the duration of the swing?

Unfortunately most hitters are not using this time to their advantage and it is most definitely a missed opportunity. Check out this week's tip of the week and hear what Chris Burke has to say about Practice Swings!

NOTE: This video will expire 7 days from post 5/15/2018. If you are viewing this Tip of the Week after its expiration, go to http://ecoach.coach/baseball/ for more information.
