The Class of 2014 Showcase saw some high-level talent highlighted by some top end pitchers. Mike Costanzo (St. Rita HS, 2014) sat 86-88 mph from the left side while right handed pitchers Luke Morgan (Lincoln-Way West, 2014) and Jonathan Figueroa (Clemente, 2014) both were pitching in the 85-87 mph range. Clemente HS added to its list of elite outfielders as 6-foot-2 195-pound Mizraim Fuentes (2014) topped out at 90 mph from the outfield.
