No. 2 Edwardsville 11, No. 4 Sacred Heart-Griffin 3
Cole Cimarolli
went 3-for-3 with three runs and Edwardsville scored in each of the first five innings to turn the showdown of highly ranked teams into a rout. Collin Clayton, Jake Garella and Joe Wallace drove in two runs apiece for Edwardsville. Andrew Frank allowed two runs on four hits while striking out six in four innings for the win. Austin Ruesch got the final nine outs for the save. Tommy Drake doubled and scored twice for Sacred Heart-Griffin.

No. 11 O’Fallon 6, Civic Memorial 3
Camden Bauer
went 3-for-3 and had one of O’Fallon’s five doubles in the victory. Bauer drove in a run and scored two. Logan Boente struck out four in three scoreless relief innings to save the win for Max Schafer.

No. 15 Waterloo 11, Wesclin 1
Erik Kaiser
went 4-for-4 with two RBI and struck out eight in four innings to earn the win. Jordan McFarland and Tyler McAllister combined for four hits, four runs and five RBI.

Hampshire 7, McHenry 6
Starting pitcher Michael Kruse singled home Noah Schrader with the go-ahead run in the top of the eighth. Kruse allowed one run in four innings but did not factor in the decision. McHenry forced extra innings on a two-run single by Michael Lasiewicz in the bottom of the seventh.

Warren 4, Marian Central 3
Michael Rosenberg
had three doubles and Warren scored four runs in the bottom of the seventh. Rosenberg had a two-run double in the rally.

Peoria Notre Dame 7, Metamora 3
Brady Hough
struck out 10 in six innings and had an RBI double for Notre Dame. Luke Shadid had a two-run triple in the victory.

Hubbard 12, Bogan 2
Josh Mayorga
pitched a no-hitter with 13 strikeouts and three walks in the six-inning victory. R.J. Abraham hit a home run and Julian Vargas went 3-for-3.

Jacksonville 16, Lanphier 6
Klay Wood
tripled, homered and had five RBI for Jacksonville.

Mt. Olive 9, Pawnee 0
Seth Bruhn
pitched a two-hitter with six strikeouts and no walks. Mitch Bumgardner hit a home run.

Barrington 13, Boylan 3
Jacob Chapman
and Blake Swanson drove in three runs apiece for the Broncos.

Waukegan 9, Lipscomb (TN) 3
Jean Casanova
struck out 11 in 5 ⅓ innings and Guillermo Villarreal went 3-for-3 with a triple and three runs scored for the Bulldogs.

Stagg 17, Granite City 7
Max Downs
went 3-for-4 with a home run and Nate Miranda doubled twice and had three RBI for Stagg.

Stagg 15, Granite City 0
Drake Wolan
and Trevor Hall went a combined 7-for-7 and Stagg erupted for 12 runs in the fourth inning.

Monticello 12, St. Teresa 0
Cam Wittig struck out seven and allowed one hit in four innings and Nathan Graham had two hits and two RBI in the victory.
