Daily Roundup: May 10 Games

Southfield-Lathrup 6, Ferndale 3: 
Michigan signee Johnny Slater threw a complete game for Southfield-Lathrup with fourteen strikeouts. Third baseman Martin Hawthorne chipped in two hits for the victorious Chargers. 

Romeo 7, Warren Woods-Tower 2: Derek Staelgraeve threw a complete game for Romeo. He struck out seven and allowed four hits Josh Hinkley, Ryan Price, Greg Antoine, and Joe Gardner each had two hits.

Center Line 9, Warren Lincoln 4: Zach Evans struck out a dozen for Center Line. Bryce Brock and Troy Jones also chipped in a pair of hits apiece in the win.

Roseville 3, St. Clair Shoes South Lake 2: Dan Doebler and Matt Fowler each had a pair of hits and Ryan Diciacca had four strikeouts for Roseville

Utica 4, Utica Ford 1: Nick Brown and Adam Young combined to throw seven innings for the win. Evan Agattas and Liam Mancini each had a hit and a RBI for Utica. 

Warren Mott 9, Fraser 4: John Young struck out five and allowed six hits in the win for Warren Mott. Owens C.C. recruit Joey Slivik, Adrian College recruit Nick Maluchnik, Matt Debski, and Pierson Heythaler each had three hits for the victorious Marauders. Kyle Cornell went 3-4 for Fraser in the loss.

L'Anse Creuse 12, Utica Eisenhower 3: Junior Paul Harper had three hits, including two triples for Eisenhower. Lucas Lanzon threw a complete game for L'Anse Creuse. Adam Radoute had two hits and Reed Banner had three. Cameron Bush and Bryton Rhode had two hits. Josh Fischer had two RBIs. 

Macomb Dakota 7, Port Huron 1: Sophomore Maurice Moon struck out seven, allowed three hits, and went 5 2/3 innings in the win for Dakota. Andrew Manduzzi chipped in two hits.

Sterling Heights Stevenson 10, Hudsonville 2: Johno Rodriguez threw six innings, allowed one run, allowed one hit, and had six strikeouts. Brandon Williams and Bobby Griffin each had two hits for the victorious Titans. 

Warren De La Salle 5-16, New Baltimore Anchor Bay 4-4: Cole Clifton hit a grand slam in the nightcap. Clifton had two hits and Alex Fultz hit a home run in the first game behind Danny Michalak's eight strikeout performance. Dominic DiPuma hit a bomb as well. In the second game Clifton had another hit in addition to his grand slam. Joey Rydzewski had three hits and Fultz knocked in two more runs.

Holly 9-3, Linden 6-1: Austin Jennings had four hits in the doubleheader for Holly while Drew Eggleston and Joel Perry threw complete games.

Dexter 8-6, Ann Arbor Huron 2-7: Cole Rize was the winning pitcher in the first game. Greg Goffee had three hits and MacKay Little had two hits in the first game. Dominic DiGiovine was the losing pitcher for Huron while Nasheed Bass had two hits. In the second game Goffee had two more hits for Dexter while Bethune-Cookman recruit Demetrius Sims had five RBIS for Huron.
