Here is a look at all the scores and highlights from around the state in State Tournament action yesterday.

Division II Class AA

Briarcrest 11, McCallie 2
Von Watson had a huge day going 4 for 5 with a double and a triple. Ben Ellis went 3 for 4 at the plate and Blake Smith picked up the win on the mound with 7 strikeouts.

Christian Brothers 3, McCallie 2
William Locke had a big day going 2 for 3 with double and James Muse had a huge performance on the mound with 11 strikeouts to beat the defending state champions.

Division II Class A

FRA 4, Evangelical Christian 2
Kenny Cooper went 2 for 3 and Austin Willis added a double to lead the FRA offense. Peyton Warren picked up the win on the mound with 8 strikeouts.

ECS 8, USJ 3
Watkins went 2 for 4 with two double and Goodwin had a home run to lead the ECS offense. Westbrook picked up the win on the mound with 9 strikeouts.

St. Georges’s 11, FRA 1
Conner Green went 2 for 3 with two doubles and Curt Bennett went 3 for 3 to lead the offense for St. George’s. Travis Kelly ll picked up the win on the mound.

Class A

Boyd Buchanan 11, Cornersville 0
Colby Morgan went 2 for 2 with two doubles and Josh Antwine went 2 for 3 with a triple to lead the offense. Cade Evans picked up the win on the mound with 8 strikeouts.

Grace Christian 11, Cornersville 2
Justin Shaw went 3 for 5 and Chandler Adkins went 3 for 4 with a double to lead the Rams offense. Nathan Atkinson picked up the win on the mound with 8 strikeouts.

Boyd Buchanan 8, Huntingdon 2
Austin Jackson went 3 for 5 with a home run and EJ Matthews went 2 for 3 with a double to lead the Boyd Buchanan offense. Josh Antwine picked up the win on the mound.

Class AA

Knoxville Catholic 8, Lexington 3
Turner Whitfield went 2 for 5 with a double and Kole Cottam went 2 for 4 to lead the Irish offense. Mike Fitzgerald picked up the win on the mound with 5 strikeouts.

Lexington 12, Murfreesboro Central 0
Ryne Odle and Ethan Small both went 2 for 3 at the plate, including Odle’s double. Ethan Small picked up the win on the mound with 10 strikeouts.

Cascade 4, Knoxville Catholic 1
Parker and Presley both went 2 for 3 at the plate, including Parker’s double. Seth Gardner picked up the win on the mound to beat the Irish.

Class AAA

Farragut 11, Ravenwood 1
Duncan Pence went 3 for 3 with a home run and Chandler Chambers went 1 for 3 with a grand slam to lead the Admirals in a blowout win. Thomas Keyes picked up the win on the mound with 6 strikeouts.

HVA 6, Soddy Daisy 1
Sears went 3 for 4 and Thompson went 2 for 3 to lead the Hawks to a huge win. Turner picked up the win on the mound for the Hawks.

Houston 5, Farragut 1
Bullough and Farmer both went 1 for 3, including Bullough’s double. Rook picked up the win on the mound in a huge win for Houston over the defending state champions.

Bartlett 4, Hendersonville 3
Bowlan went 2 for 4 at the plate followed by multiple hits by several Bartlett batters. Smith picked up the win on the mound.
