Dan Machovina joins PBR Ohio

We are excited to announce that Dan Machovina will be joining the Prep Baseball Report as the Assistant Director of Scouting in Ohio.
 
Over the past four years, Machovina has served as the director of the Buckeye Scout. During this time, he has become a familiar face on the recruiting trail. He can be seen crisscrossing the state attending showcases and tournaments from Youngstown to Cincinnati and everywhere in between.
 
In addition to his work with PBR, Machovina serves as an associate scout for the Los Angelos Dodgers. His baseball resume also includes coaching experience with the Midwest Redbirds (St. Louis Cardinals Fall Scout Team) and Strongsville High School.
 
Machovina pitched at Heidelberg University for four years after earning All-State honors at Midview High School in Northeast Ohio.
 
Due to his hard work, passion, and dedication to the game, Machovina has built a deep network of contacts and relationships with high school and amateur coaches as well as college programs and professional scouts.
