The month of June is always an exciting one for Prep Baseball Report in the state of Illinois. The high school season officially came to a close and with it the IHSA crowned a new set of state champions. The MLB Draft took place, and there were plenty of Illinois natives that heard their name called this year. PBR Illinois hosted a handful of events all throughout the month and continued to provide in-depth insight for the talent that attended them. In all, it was a very eventful month, and the summer is only just starting to heat up.

On a national level, PBR has announced their annual player of the year and has begun to unveil the All-PBR Teams. Nathan Rode has also been busy with his podcasts ‘Coffee and Curveballs’ and ‘The Rode Show’
