Fall Player Spotlights: Webb Watson
October 18, 2022
This Fall PBR Arkansas is highlighting a couple of the top uncommitted prospects from the 2023 class to a handful of talented 2025's. Today we take a look at the physical 2024 outfielder Webb Watson. Standing at 6-foot and 205 pounds, the Central Arkansas Christian HS product showed well this past summer at The Future Games where he was all over the barrel thanks to a short and compact stroke generating exit velocities up to 96 mph. He showed the ability to drive the ball with authority to both gaps but really impressed with his oppo gap power and strong overall bat speed. Defensively he attacks the ball with smooth rhythm and shows a clean arm action with balls leaving the hand with back spin and showing carry.
