Rockford Christian (7-3, 1-1) defeated Richmond-Burton (4-3, 1-1) behind a four-hit shutout from Alec Powell. Jake Kellerman led the Royal Lion attack with three hits, including two doubles and had four RBI.
BIG NORTHERN WEST
Winnebago 2, Stillman Valley 1
Winnebago’s Sam Adam’s outdueled Stillman Valley’s Parker Madeen to lead the Indians past the Cardinals. Winnebago was led by Jeremy Morehead who had a single and an RBI, while Andrew White led the Cardinals with two hits, including a double and plated the lone Cardinal run.
