The NCAA early signing period took place November 14th through the 21st. The University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV), nearly a month after the signing date, released its class. UNLV relied heavily on in-state, high school players to fill their needs. This is how the 2019 class breaks down for the two in-state four-year institutions.
