Many players from across the state have picked their schools over the last several weeks.  Below we recap who is going where.

2014 Future Games Players    

Conner Hasecuster, SS, Shebyville HS, 2016:  The Future Games Team Indiana member recently committed to the University of Evansville.  At 6-foot-2, 180 pounds he shows athletic actions in the field with soft hands, fluid feet and a strong arm.  

Connor Christman, 3B/C, Noblesville HS, 2016: The Future Games Team Indiana member recently committed to Butler University.  Christman is 6-foot-2, 190 pounds with good defensive actions at 3B and projectable right-handed bat.  

Collin Lollar, RHP, Columbus North HS, 2016: The Future Games Team Indiana member has committed to Ohio State.  Lollar is a 6-foot-1 righty with a fastball up to 89 mph.  

Kody Hoese, SS, Griffith HS, 2016: The Future Games Team Indiana member has committed to Tulane.   Hoese is a projectable 6-foot-3 shortstop with athletic actions and strong bat from the right side.  Read more on Hoese’s commitment HERE.

Jake Franklin, MIF, Roncalli HS, 2016: Another member of this summer’s Future Games Team Indiana, Franklin recently committed to Missouri.  The 6-foot, 170 pound MIF possesses a strong left-handed bat with occasional HR power.  Read more on Franklin’s commitment to Mizzou HERE

Mitchell Garrity, OF, Perry Meridian HS, 2015: A member of Team Indiana at this year’s Future Games, Garrity recently committed to Purdue.  Garrity is an athletic left-handed hitting outfielder with a strong, accurate arm and good speed.  Read more on Garrity’s commitment HERE

Zach Britton, C, Batesville HS, 2017: The Future Games Team Indiana member committed to Louisville. Britton has one of the purest left-handed swings in the class.  Read more on his commitment HERE

Class of 2015

Cody Burton, RHP/3B/C, Columbus North HS, 2015:  The Top Prospect Games participant recently committed to Indiana State.  Burton is capable of playing multiple positions on the field.  He was up to 86 with his fastball at the Top Prospect Games last June.  Behind the plate has popped a 1.97 and at 3B is a solid defender with soft hands and strong arm across the field at 83.  

Braden Giroux, OF, McCutcheon HS, 2015:  The 2013 Future Games Team Indiana member has committed to Wabash Valley.  Giroux is an athletic left-handed hitting outfielder that runs a 7.07-60.  Read more on Giroux’s commitment HERE.

Slater Rush, MIF, Greenfield Central HS, 2015: The Unsigned Senior Games participant is committed to Wabash Valley.  At 6-foot-2, 168 pounds Rush is a solid defender with soft hands and quick, fluid feet.  Read more his commitment HERE 

Matt Chernoff, OF, Carmel HS, 2015: A 2014 Preseason All-State participant, Chernoff recently committed to Wabash Valley.  At 6-foot, 175 pounds he possesses a strong, accurate arm at 85 with athletic actions in the field.  Read more on his commitment HERE .

Matt Simmerman, C, Eastern (Greentown) HS, 2015: A 2014 Preseason All-State participant, the 6-foot-1, 220 pound Simmerman has committed to Southeastern C.C. in Iowa.  Simmerman hits for power from the right side of the plate with quick hands.   At the Preseason All-State showcase he was 1.94-2.00 with his pop times.  Read more on Simmerman’s commitment HERE.

Jacob Schnecker, RHP, Franklin County HS, 2015: The RHP has committed to play at Sinclair C.C. in Dayton Ohio.

Brandon Yoho, SS/RHP, Fishers HS, 2015: A 2014 Preseason All-State participant, Yoho has committed to  IPFW.  The 6-foot-1 Yoho is a solid defender with soft hands and fluid feet.  On the mound consistently throws strikes.  Read more on Yoho’s commitment HERE.

Tanner Sizemore, RHP, Hamilton Southeastern HS, 2015: The HSE RHP has committed to play at Hillsdale College.  Read more about his commitment HERE

Jade Doyle, LHP, Center Grove HS, 2015: A 2014 Preseason All-State participant, Doyle has committed to play at Anderson University. 

Wyatt Daly, C, Castle HS, 2015: A Top Prospect Games participant, Daly has committed to the defending D-2 National Champions, Southern Indiana.  Daly is a strong, athletic catcher with pop times between 1.97-2.08.  Read more on Daly’s commitment to USI HERE

Dax McClochlin, 3B/RHP, Noblesville HS, 2015:  The Noblesville senior recently committed to Huntington University.  The 6-foot-2, 180 pounder possesses a strong, accurate arm with some athleticism and has the ability to play multiple positions.  Read more on his commitment HERE.

Ashe Russell, RHP, Cathedral HS, 2015: The No. 1 ranked player in the 2015 class committed to Texas A&M last month.  Russell has had one of the most impressive years of anyone in the country and is a projected high round pick in next June’s MLB draft.  Read more on his commitment to A&M HERE.

Nick Floyd, RHP, Jimtown HS, 2015: The RHP has committed to Ball State.

Aaron McGee, 1B, Hamilton Southeastern HS, 2015: The Top Prospect Games player committed to Wabash Valley.  McGee is a 6-foot-1, 210 pound left-handed hitting 1B with gap power. 

D.J. Moore, RHP,  Homestead HS, 2015: The Top Prospect Games player has committed to Huntington University.  At the Top Prospect Games Moor was 83-84 with his fastball and showcased a late breaking slider at 69-72 mph.  Read more on his commitment HERE 

Jacob Lloyd, C, Southwood HS, 2015: The southwood catcher committed to Kellogg C.C.  

Class of 2016

Hunter Wolfe, LHP, Clay City HS, 2016: The 2013 Preseason All-State participant has committed to Purdue.  The 6-foot-2 southpaw was up to 85 with his fastball this fall with a 72-74 mph breaking ball. 

Class of 2017 & 2018

Nick Eaton, LHP, Cathedral HS, 2017: Eaton is a projectable 6-foot-2, 170 pound lefty that committed to Indiana last month.  As a freshman last season, Eaton was up to 83 with his fastball. Read more on Eaton’s commitment to IU HERE.

Mike Madura, RHP, Munster HS, 2017: A projectable 6-foot-5, 150 pound 2017, Madura has committed to Central Michigan.  As a freshman his fastball sat in the 76-80 mph range.  

Tim Borden, MIF/OF, Providence HS, 2018: A participant in the Junior Future Games this August, Borden became the first 2018 to commit picking Louisville.
