With the beginning of the 2018 early signing period and the first snow fall for much of the state in the books, it's time to sneak a quick peek at what's in store for 2019. The Holiday Showcase on December 29th will culminate a busy calendar year and just in time for the ball to drop a full lineup of event dates for the winter and summer of 2019 are now in place.

New for 2019 will be a pair of PBR Limited Series tournaments that will showcase 16 talented travel programs at Lebanon Valley College in late June and at the University of Scranton in July. Combined with the annual PBR Fall Kickoff Showcase Tournament in August teams across the state will now have opportunities to compete at three quality venues in state during the course of the summer. We are also excited to enter a roster of talented prospects from across the state who will play for Team PBR in each of the three tournaments. 

As the new year draws close so does the anticipation for the selection of the roster that will participate as Team Pennsylvania next August in the PBR Future Games. Our staff will be busy evaluating prospects all winter during a series of events, a host of Scout Days and during the course of the high school season. Look for a finalized roster to be announced by the end of June following the completion of the Western PA and Eastern PA Top Prospect Games.

Additionally, players that will compete at the 12U, 13U and 14U age level in 2019 will once again have the opportunity to travel to Indiana to participate in the PBR Junior Future Games. A pair of trials dates in March highlight the conclusion of the winter schedule giving younger players the opportunity to earn a roster spot to represent Team PA.
