Munster Pounds Highland 11-1

In yet another cold game in Northwest Indiana, Munster bested Highland in a cross town rivalry. Senior pitcher Scott Jerge (2012: Valparaiso) led the way, in an error filled game.

Although Highland struck the board first, Munster would add 11 runs to end the game in the 5th; Final 11-1.

Jerge was 82-84mph and only gave up one hit in four innings. Senior Scott Crilly (unsigned) threw one scoreless inning, as that's all Munster would need to close it out.

Munster was led by Colin Mudroncik (2012: unsigned) who went 4-4 with 3 RBI. Senior Mark Strbjak (2012) added two hits and two stolen bases while Junior Craig Dedelow (2013: unsigned) added two hits as well.
