This premier event will feature over 80 select players in the 2021 through 2018 Classes from the state of Oklahoma. The event will take place at Northern Oklahoma College in Enid, Oklahoma at beautiful at their beautiful facility with a newly turfed infield on Sunday, October 29th.

The field itself does not have an address. It is by the basketball stadium and is easily recognizable by the lights.

EVENT INFORMATION

What to Wear:
Players should plan to wear white or grey baseball pants, hat of their choice, and cleats. Hitters must also bring tennis shoes or turfs to hit in during batting practice. Players will be given a numbered Adidas jersey at check-in.

Equipment:
Players need to bring their own equipment including (BBCOR bats) and baseball gloves. Catcher's need full gear.

Format:
The event will run straight through with no scheduled breaks. There will be some brief periods of down-time. Be sure to bring something to drink/snack on during these times.

Players will report in 4 groups. First the morning position players, then the morning pitchers only, then the afternoon position players, followed by the afternoon pitchers onlys. See times above. The morning and afternoon groups will each have a pro-style showcase for position players followed by a controlled scrimmage where pitchers will throw.

Each player in this event will have an online player profile updated with a photo, verified stats, professionally-made video of performance and a scouting report on the Prep Baseball Report website. If you improve on a previous mark, we will update your profile accordingly. In addition, we will be producing a series of post-event articles covering the event including a look at top performers and position-by-position analysis features.

The post-event coverage (processing videos, analysis features, etc) is somewhat exhaustive in terms of the amount of work involved, so be patient as it usually takes 7-10 days after the event to update the profiles and publish the initial content on our website. Our goal is to do the best job possible at evaluating and then reporting on the event which does takes some time. You will receive periodic emails following the event including a notification when videos have been uploaded.

Post-Event Articles:
Within 24-48 hours after the event, you will receive a post-event email from me detailing a number of different items, including the schedule of post-event articles that are viewed by the 900+ college coaches that subscribe to our site.

Post-Event Videos:
Video content from the event will take 5-7 days to be edited and uploaded to player profile pages. Videos are part of the subscription portion of our website and will be immediately visible to all colleges across the country with a subscription to the website as well as to those players who currently subscribe.
