We would like to thank all who participated in PBR Ohio's 2017 Buckeye Elite Showcase. This was a great opportunity for the class of 2018-2020 prospects to be put on college radars. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase. Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.

In the coming weeks, we will be adding and updating profiles for each of the players in attendance, including complete analysis and video.

Ohio Insider: 2017 Buckeye Elite Showcase - Sneak Peek

The Arms

Garrett Priestly, LHP/1B, Buckeye Senior, 2018
Scouting Notes: Arguably the best uncommitted 2018 LHP available. Priestly has a slimmer frame with a very loose arm. His fastball was tied for the fastest thrown all day and has some heavy cut action. He also throws a filthy breaking ball with heavy rotation, and a slurve shape to it. The pitch looks to have the potential to produce swing and miss/weak contact. The southpaw throws playable to above average changeup as well to round out a nice three-pitch mix. He throws it with similar arm speed, with late run and dive.
