18U Brownlee Lookouts


Alex LoPiccolo, INF, Mayfield, 2015

Scouting Report: 5-foot-10, 165-pound athletic body frame. Uncommitted senior. He played center field and hit leadoff for the Brownlee Lookouts. Right-handed hitter starts with a balance set up in the box, simple step and swing mechanics with a fluid hands back trigger. He walked, grounded out to second base running a 4.01 down the line, and tripled to left center field. He showed good running speed on the bases.

Antonio Bennett, INF, Clearview, 2016

Scouting Report: 6-foot, 180-pound athletic body frame. Currently ranked No. 52 in Ohio 2016 class. He was the leadoff hitter and played shortstop on this occasion. Right-handed hitter starts with a tall set up, using an inward turn as a timing mechanism. quiet swing, Showing some strength. He was 2-4 in two games. He went single to right-field, F-9, F-8 squaring it up, tripled, and was hit by a pitch twice.
