Kyle Capece - LHP/1B/OF Senior L/L (Briar Cliff commit - Set school legion ERA record in 2021 with .074 ERA over 47 innings)
Luke Bies - SS Senior R/R (Mount Marty commit - Everyday SS with great hands and top end speed on bases)
Joey Meier - 3B/1B/C Senior R/R (Bellevue University commit - Power hitter with two years of varsity experience)
Nick Boring - OF/RHP Senior R/R (Millard West transfer - Top hitter on the team in summer legion season with .340 ave. Top end speed on bases. Multiple NAIA offers - not yet committed)
Ryan McElmeel - RHP/INF Senior R/R (Iowa Central Community College commit - Quality RHP that tops out at 90 mph.)
Joseph Rempe - RHP/ 3B Junior R/R (Creighton Prep transfer with 85+ mph arm and quality bat)

Carson Kozeal - RHP/INF R/L Freshman (Well developed freshman athlete with big frame and plus power at the plate. Younger brother of Millard South's Camden Kozeal)

2022 OUTLOOK:
“We return as much talent in 2022 as we have in the last ten years with nearly the entire lineup returning from 2021 - replacing only CF Charles Monico. The Capece brothers and McElmeel will provide top end arms on the hill. Connor will provide that middle of the order bat to drive in runs. Luke Bies and Joey Meier bring a competitiveness and leadership that will help carry the Cougars early. Transfers Nick Boring (leading hitter during 2021 legion season) and Joseph Rempe will provide stability throughout the lineup and innings on the hill. Cougars expect to be a contender for a postseason run.”
