The reality for those that play baseball in cold weather states is that seasons change and prospects are forced to move their activities indoors for larges chunks of the year. In preparation for the inevitable, Prep Baseball Report has released its indoor schedule for the coming winter. 

Following this Saturday's Unsigned Senior Showcase, the fall schedule will wrap up with the much anticipated Elite Prospect Showcase on November 2. The winter schedule is set to begin in December and will include two College Prospect Showcases open to all high school prospects and will culminate with the two-day Preseason All-State Showcase. 

Following is a look at the winter schedule of events available to prospects and some important details on each.

WINTER COLLEGE PROSPECT SHOWCASE - SESSION 1 

Date: December 12
Location: Keystone State Baseball Academy (Manheim, PA)
Details: Event is open to all high school prospects. Registration deadline is midnight on December 5. 

Winter college prospect showcase - Session 2

Date: January 16
Location: Keystone State Baseball Academy (Manheim, PA)
Details: Event is open to all high school prospects. Registration deadline is midnight on January 9.

Preseason all-state showcase

Date: February 13 / February 14
Location: Keystone State Baseball Academy (Manheim, PA)
Details: This is an invitation only event. We will accept registrations from those prospects that have received invitations while spots still remain. Both days will have identical schedules with players having the opportunity to pick the date that best fits their schedule at the time of registration. Players will report in waves on each date with position players in the first wave, two-way prospects and catchers in the second wave and pitcher onlys reporting in the final wave.
