By: Diego Solares & Isaiah Glidden
PBR Wisconsin Staff

This weekend, the PBR Wisconsin team is headed back to The Rock Complex in Franklin, Wis., to host its final tournament of the 2022 season: the PBR at The Rock Fall Championships. Prospects from 2023 through 2026 classes will be on hand to participate in two separate divisions, an Underclass and Upperclass.

Today, both our Illinois and Wisconsin staffs have came up with our "Watchlist" for players who have performed well in front of staff before. To find the full rosters for each team participating and the schedule for this weekend, click here

UNDERCLASS WATCHLIST

Charlie Slawinski SS / Brookfield East , WI / 2025

Team: GRB STiKS 2025

Uncommitted “...The long, rangy frame of Slawinski at 6-foot-1, 160 pounds, showed well on the infield with above-average actions and body control while showing the top infield arm strength in the 2025 class at 81 mph across the infield.”

Greyson Zach SS / Pewaukee, WI / 2025

Team: GRB STiKS 2025

Uncommitted “...Zach stands at an imposing 6-foot-3, 190-pounds, already with some maturity to his build. From the right-handed batter’s box, Zach works from a wide, open stance and uses a leg-lift trigger to showcase some pull side pop. Displayed quick first step burst in the infield with a strong arm with carry, up to 87 mph across the infield. Later on in the day, Zach jumped on the bump where his impressive arm strength transferred over nicely. Using a drop-and-drive type delivery, Zach’s hardest fastball during his ‘pen registered on the Trackman at 84.1 mph, which was just a tick slower than the event leader. As for his offspeed offerings, Zach showed more feel for fading changeup that was thrown all around the zone for strikes. As for his breaking ball, it seems like he is still developing consistency but it did flash some sharp 11/5 action low in the zone. Altogether, the recent Junior Future Games participant has built on his already impressive track record and is a name to follow as he progresses through high school.”

Connor Harvie C / Waterford Union, WI / 2025

Team: GRB STiKS 2025

Uncommitted “...Harvie is a quality defender behind the dish, receiving with maturity and displaying quick controlled actions on his throws down to second. While showing quality footwork, quick exchanges, and clean carry through the target, Harvie popped as low as 2.05 to the bag at a 71 mph max. In the box, he presents a fundamental operation setting up wide and using a small forward advance, consistently pulling balls in the air with quick barrel action. As Harvie matures physically, and adds more bat speed, he’ll be a catcher to know.”

Colton Semmelmann LHP / Brookfield Central, WI / 2026

Team: GRB STiKS 2026

Uncommitted “...A lanky 5-foot-8, 145-pound southpaw that was impressive for this GRB Rays MKE squad. Semmelmann is an athletic mover on the mound with a loose, whippy arm. He ran his fastball up to 78 mph and sat anywhere from 75-77 mph that played with some arm side run. He coupled this with a big 1/7 breaker that produced many swings and misses. An impressive outing from a young southpaw in Wisconsin’s ‘26 class and Semmelmann will be a name to closely monitor as he starts his prep career."

Dieter Pommer C / West Bend West, WI / 2026

Team: GRB STiKS 2026

Uncommitted “...Pommer looks like a two-way player to keep an eye on as he enter his high school years. From the mound, Pommer showed feel for three pitches, with a fastball up to 74.5 mph that spun at an average rate of 1945 rpm, with above-average vertical action that add to its projection. Pommer snapped off a couple sharp curveballs, 58-61 mph, that also project as he adds strength and continues to develop – his feel to land it in the zone was equally impressive. And he had a similar zone feel and confidence in his changeup, 62-65 mph. Pommer offers an interesting look as an advanced catcher for his age. He popped 2.20 down to second with a skillful appearance, and did this with 68 mph arm strength. From the box, Pommer stood tall in the box with a big drop to plant, and worked his swing from high to low through the zone. He spun balls to all fields with a flat path, and will offer more pop as he ages.”

RYAN Rasmussen RHP / Cedarburg , WI / 2026

Team: Hitters 2026

Uncommitted “...Projectable frame, long levers, repeatable delivery from low 3Q slot, full arc with on line arc, quickness to arm, release works out in front, FB 77-79 with finish through hitting zone, 65-66 slurve with sweep across zone.”

Matthew Hietpas CF / Appleton North, WI / 2026

Team: Impact Sports Academy Underclass

Uncommitted “...Standing 5-foot-11, 175-pounds is an advanced talent both at the plate and in the field. He hits from a stock set up getting to a consistent hitting position on time. Hietpas delivers the barrel to and through the ball with a flat path allowing him to drive the ball to all fields. In defensive work, he impressed with smooth and aggressive actions working through throws with a quick release.  His throws displayed strong carry and accuracy and provided the catcher with an easy to handle long hop. Hietpas is a top talent for the 2026 class and had a great start to his week during the workout.”

Carson Hawley OF / Bay Port, WI / 2026

TeamImpact Sports Academy Underclass

Uncommitted “...Hawley has a 5-foot-10, 155-pound frame with good proportions and more room to fill in the future. He is a twitchy athlete and has natural strength throughout body. Hawley showed a quick powerful bat in batting practice, using his strong hands with a direct path to leverage line drives around the yard. Hawley showcased a strong arm from the outfield working through the ball and backspinning balls on throws to the plate.”

Luke Lehnen CF / Sussex Hamilton, WI / 2025

Team: Prospect Training Academy 15u Cardinal

Uncommitted “...During our PBR at The Rock Fall Championships was the first time we’d ever seen Lehnen play in person and he made a positive first impression on our scouting staff. Lehnen fit right in with the older crowd, playing up an age level. He’s an athletic do-it-all type of prospect that flashed an easy feel for the barrel, a confident approach in the box, and the ability to change planes through the zone. We’re eager to monitor his progress throughout his high school career.”

Rory Dutton SS / Kenosha Tremper, WI / 2024

Team: Puma Academy 16u

Uncommitted “... is a name that has popped up on radar multiple times and made for an interesting look on Monday. Built at a lean 5-foot-10, 150-pounds, Dutton has plenty of room to add on weight as his body continues to develop. Offensively, Dutton works from a narrow base and takes direct, handsy swings toward the ball to spray line drives to all fields. Dutton then moved over to infield defense where he impressed his ability to move well to the glove side and clean transfer, pairing it with accurate throws to the bag. To round out his day, Dutton then hopped on the bump where his projection remains apparent. While on the mound, Dutton is an athletic mover and reached highs of 77.9 mph with his fastball, pairing it with a two-seam that flashed hard sink. As for his offspeeds, he spun in a tight 11/5 type breaking ball for strikes and maintained arm speed on a straight changeup.”

Landon Thome SS / N/a, IL / 2026

Team: Cangelosi Sparks North 2026

Uncommitted “...athletic left-handed hitting shortstop with an advanced approach at the plate. Showed patience and refused to extend the strike zone. Sets up in a balanced, slightly open stance with a short stride and smooth loading actions. Thome has a short and compact swing that he is able to repeat easily. His barrel works on a slight uphill path through the zone to lift the baseball to all fields.”

T.J. Jakubowski SS / Huntley, IL / 2025

Team: GRB Rays Illinois 2025

Uncommitted “...Jakubowski flashed highly advanced actions and feel to go along with next-level, confident hands on defense. The Huntley freshman plays with a bounce to his step and fundamentally sound lateral actions, working from the ground up that leads to a clean transfer, defending in rhythm and with body control on the move. The arm is clean and loose with the ball playing true across the infield at 73 mph. Offensively, the left-handed hitter stays short and on top of the baseball with a barrel control, and a spray-type approach. High-follow 2025 middle-infield defender."
