The Burlington Demons were crowned Division I WIAA State Champions on Thursday in Grand Chute in dramatic, come from behind fashion. You can read about the game HERE. Burlington finishes the season as the No. 1 team in Wisconsin. They finished the season on a six game winning streak to finish up with a 25-5 record.

Arrowhead again finishes as the No. 2 ranked team in the state, just like in 2015. Arrowhead had an impressive year going 29-3 but losing the state title game to Burlington. Kimberly finishes up at No. 3 after running off 17 straight wins before finally falling 2-1 to Arrowhead in the State Semifinal game.

St. Mary’s Catholic finishes up ranked No. 12 after going undefeated at 26-0 to win the Division 3 State Title. Read about that game HERE. Waupaca jumps up to No. 13 from No. 19 after going 2-0 in the state finals and winning the Division 2 state championship over No. 14 Milwaukee Lutheran. Read about that game HERE. Prairie du Chein enters the top 25 at No. 18 after finishing runner up in division 3 and ending with a 25-2 record.
