The Westerville South Wildcats are coming off of an 8-17 season, which included a 0-14 record conference record.

Now, with a year of experience and a shift in their OCC division, the Wildcats are looking to take advantage of their experience and growth as a team. With seven returning starters and four returning pitchers, Coach Bates squad will compete for a league championship with the likes of Dublin Jerome, Hillard Darby, Worthington Kilbourne, and Westerville Central.

In particular, the Wildcats will lean on their senior ace Jeremy Wei, who is headed to pitch at Lake Erie as well as senior Taylor Zachary (Niagra recruit) behind the plate and junior Timmy Bates at shortstop.
