2014 Outlook:
Riverhead High School returns a strong, experienced offensive lineup in 2014. The Blue Waves also look to field a solid defense this spring with Jesse Patriss leading the infield. Cody Smith, Jesse Patriss, and Ryan Gaffney are coming off a strong 2013 season campaign last year earning all-league honors.

“We lack a true No. 1 on the mound, but we have five pitchers who can keep teams off balance," Maccone said. "Our team speed on the base paths will be one of our strong points.”
