Stock Report: Class of 2014 OF Sean Huggins (Rock Bridge)

Ranked No. 37 in the Class of 2014, Sean Huggins impressed with his speed, running a 6.63 in the 60, one of the fastest times we have seen at a showcase in recent memory, and possibly the fastest player inthe Class of 2014.

At the plate, the switch-hitting Huggins has a slightly open stance. From the right side he has a level swing and consistently put the ball in play. As a lefty, he showed to be more of slap hitter, which works to his advantage with his speed. We expect Huggins to see consistency in his swing from both sides of the plate and a possible No. 1 spot in the line up.

Huggins is the kind of player that will wreak havoc on the bases for opposing teams and force them to alter their game plan when he is on base.
