Scouting Report
While a lot of the names on this list have been in the Overall Rankings and have been pro follows for a couple of seasons, Humphries has continued to make big strides with each passing season. He was a member of Team Carolina at the 2020 PBR Future Games, featuring a solid fastball and breaking ball with high level spin. Flash forward to August of 2021 and the stuff has gotten better with refined control and a powerful lower half that is beginning to mature. Up to 92 at the 2021 PBR Top Prospect Games, there are rumors the fastball has continued to trend higher.
