British Columbia Insider: Three Uncommitted Names To take a look at

Jackson Hogg OF / OF / NA, BC / 2018

Report: Hogg is 5-foot-11, 180-pounds and has a powerful build. He is short and quick to the ball with lots of pop in his bat. He stays on plane long through the zone and is a tough out. He tends to stay up the middle of the field with gap to gap power.

Josh Walker SS / 3B / Lambrick Park, BC / 2019

Report: Josh is 6-foot-2, 175-pounds with smooth actions up the middle of the field and a good first step. Down the road when he fills out a switch to third base is imaginable. Josh possess a solid arm and good first step in the infield. At the plate he has quick hands with a line drive approach and can get out of the box and down the line well.

Marcus Steen SS / Ladysmith Secondary, BC / 2019

Report: Marcus is 5-foot-9, 150-pound shortstop from Ladysmith. His baseball IQ is off the charts and is a tremendous competitor. He has a level swing plane which stays through the zone and quick hands with a balanced approach. His at bats he doesn’t get cheated and is a tough out and has gap to gap power. He fields the ball well and has an average arm which may translate to second base at the college level.
