Physical: 5-foot-8, 175-pounds. Strong, athletic build. 4.15 home-to-1B.
Offensively: LHH. Square stance to the plate, keeps balance with bend in the knees, quick step to the ball, quick leg kick Level barrel with a small upward swing path, has strong pop on the ball, quick swing through the zone. Power up the middle or pull side. 92 MPH raw exit velocity.
Defensively: Fundamental footwork approaching the ball, keeps his eyes on the ball the whole way, strong arm action to the plate. Long arm swing, over the top release. OF - 80 MPH.
Standout Skill
The bat definitely stands out making consistent hard contact through the middle and pull side gap. Has a compact, repeatable swing path and it looks like as he is getting stronger he continues to improve on his already advanced barrel awareness.
