Jennings has an athletic frame that has a bit of projection left to it. He throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a short, loose arm action that is quick, some effort to his delivery. Shoulders are uphill and closed, screws into an open landing with an athletic finish, generates a lot of energy from his lower half. Fastball was consistently 83-84, touched 86 a few times. Pitch has downward plane and a bit of late run to it. Slider was 68-73 with good armspeed and 10/4 break, was a swing and miss pitch when he threw down and away to righties, late sharp break and tunnels well. Fastball/Slider combo is very good, interesting prospect and will be one to keep an eye on as the year progresses. Threw a fastball heavy game, got a lot of ground balls, struck out three.
